Key parameters for all Living Spaces designs are:

1) Client specific flow patterns and stylistic elements.

2) Logic and grace in execution of the plan at all levels.

3) Production of high quality working drawings that are requisite for successful project completion.

Initial meetings with clients will consist of establishing a program for the project based on their specific requirements. Whether the client prefers to work on interior layouts to begin with or on exterior elevations first, our Living Spaces plan designer will present varied options at subsequent meetings. Through a collaborative evaluation process the final design will emerge. These meetings usually take place in person (or via video conferencing) and are followed up with electronic communications.

After completion of the design, Living Spaces is positioned to follow through with assistance in the vetting of contractors and the bidding process. Materials lists can be provided upon request for most designs.

Living Spaces works diligently to provide client support throughout the building phase to ensure contractors are able to produce results that meet client expectations. We are pleased to work with general contractors and subcontractors as necessary and to the extent that the client desires.

Our plan designer, Megan M. Barth, received her formal education at the University of Utah. Upon graduation in 1999, she established Living Spaces and has been working in residential design since then. She has developed plans in multiple states in the US and has consulted with European clients. Her experience also includes working with several custom home building companies doing design and project management.
